Shipping & Return Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

We release orders for shipping within 48 business hours of receipt, and then shipping typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on where you live.  We offer free shipping for orders of $75 (pre-tax) and over (some restrictions apply).  In certain months of the year, shipping may be delayed due to weather conditions, and in winter months, we ship only M-W to ensure the safe arrival of your products.  During these months, you may also find heat packs included with your order to guarantee safe delivery.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship to continental USA, and throughout Canada. We cannot ship to Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories or to customers located in Hawaii, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, Kansas, Idaho, and Nebraska due to state regulations pertaining to alcohol-free products, and other locations as prohibited by law.

RETURNS

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We are unable to process returns for Hill Street products as it is a perishable product and we maintain strict adherence to regulations for food under the Safe Food for Canadians Act. We employ rigorous packaging protocol for shipping, however, from time to time. things can become damaged. If your Hill Street order arrives damaged please take a picture within 24 hours of receipt and email us at info@hillstreetbevco.com and we will happily work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
