If salmon were made of peaches, then that’s what our Brut Rosé looks like. If you crossed a peach with a rose, kissed it twice, and served it up poached in the essence of fairy dust, then you would be drinking our Brut Rosé. If wishes were angels, and were traditionally fermented in stainless steel barrels made from grapes harvested at the perfect moment in time, when the sun was setting over the horizon, just while you were enjoying a bowl of strawberries with a loved one, then you would probably be drinking our Brut Rosé.
